quality control includes certain procedures that ensure that the
manufactured product adheres to the defined set of quality criteria
and also meets the requirements of a client. Our operational
techniques and activities include the following:
QUALITY CHECK OF RAW MATERIAL
Our experienced workers check the henna leaves on certain
parameters such as thickness, outer colour, smell to ensure only the
best leaves are selected
and sent for henna manufacturing process. It is at this stage that
all the impurities like sand, stone, seeds and stems are removed
with the help of semi automatic sifters and blowers and checking of
the pH factor of soil is done so that the leaves are in conformance
with the set quality specifications.
QUALITY CHECK DURING MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Henna is manufactured using the best machinery under controlled
temperature and
humidity
to ensure the best qiuality henna. We make use of dehumidifiers and
air conditioners for a pollution and germ free environment.
QUALITY CHECK OF FINISHED GOODS
Each batch of finished product is tested for required colouring.
Our products undergo moisture tests and check of pH level for
uniformity. Samples from each batch are kept for checking and tested
for shelf life and also for future reference.
