Henna Manufacturing Process
Henna Manufacturing ProcessLeaves of henna plant are plucked from natural surrounding or farms/fields. This is done manually by engaging labour skilled in plucking. Sometimes the manufacturers give the function of plucking or collecting to collectors on a contractual basis.

The collected herbs are then sorted and the ones without any diseases or defect are selected for further processing

The leaves are dried and finally grinded in semi and fully automated machines.

Finally the grinded and mixed finished henna powder is carefully packed and sealed. Sometimes double packing is done for extra freshness. Packages of different quantities are made by using electronic weighing machine.
